WILDISH WARRANTY INFORMATION
We’re dedicated to making the most durable outdoorsy gear on the planet. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if anything is wrong with your Wildish product, we’ll work to make it right.
Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered from Wildish direct) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to Wildish in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. The Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Wildish product is built with outdoosy fun in mind. Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for three years from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.
If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship, please refer to your original receipt and contact that retailer for a warranty evaluation. This is the fastest and easiest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement.
Wildish is unable to offer warranty support for products purchased outside of the U.S.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the gear. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the whole unit or any part or component that is deemed defective.
Wildish reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Damaged products must be returned directly to Wildish, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.
HOW TO SETUP A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Submit a return/exchange request by completing our Warranty Request Form below or by contacting Wildish at email@example.com. Only new, unused products purchased from Wildish directly are eligible for refund.
If your refund is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) to return your product. Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable.

We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7-15 business days for us to process your refund or to ship out your exchange product.
A Wildish Friend will gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by your warranty. If approved, we will validate your request and then contact you to discuss return procedures. You will be given a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and a prepaid FedEx label to return your product.
